Improved Sale - 3139 Old Forest Road, Lynchburg, VA

In August 2020, the former Michael’s Carpet World property at 3139 Old Forest Road in the City of Lynchburg sold for $845,000. The 14,086-square foot retail property was built in 1968 on a 1.05-acre site at the corner of Old Forest Road and Confederate Avenue. On June 9, 2020, Lynchburg City Council approved a conditional use permit to “allow the use of an existing building as an Automotive Tire Store in a B-3, Community Business District.”
